Cookie Policy
What this site stores in your browser, and what the application stores in yours.

This website
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising tags, and no third-party scripts that could set one.
That is why you were not asked to accept anything on arrival. There is nothing to accept.
Requests to the site appear in our server logs, which hold the IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser’s user agent string. We keep those to run the site, find faults and investigate abuse. The Privacy Policy covers how long.
Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.
The application
The CRM itself is behind a sign-in, and it does store things in your browser. All of them are necessary for it to work, which is why there is no banner there either.
| What | Kind | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session | Cookie | Keeps you signed in between requests | Until you sign out, or the session expires |
| Request forgery token | Cookie | Stops another site submitting requests as you | The browser session |
| Appearance | Local storage | Remembers the colour and whether you chose light or dark rather than following the system | Until you clear it |
| Sign-in handover | Session storage | Ties a sign-in you started to the one that comes back, so a link cannot sign you into somebody else’s account | Deleted as soon as the sign-in completes |
None of these track you across other websites, and none are shared with anyone.
Turning them off
Your browser can block or clear all of it. Blocking the session cookie will stop the application being able to sign you in, because that cookie is how it knows the request is yours.
The table names what each one is for rather than the key it is stored under. The keys are visible in your own browser if you want them; printing them here mostly helps somebody who is not you.
Changes
If we ever add something that is not on this list, this page changes first and the date at the top changes with it. If we ever add something that is not strictly necessary, you will be asked before it is set.
