How it works

One week, from the first drive to the last report.

Nothing here asks anybody to keep a system up to date as a separate job. Every part of it is fed by the work itself.

  1. Before the visit

Who to see, and why them

Every account carries a score built from what you told us matters: size, how they take payment, who else is already selling to them. Reps open to a ranked list rather than a spreadsheet, and the reason is written next to the name.

  2. In the field

Log it before you start the car

Speak it, type a line, or forward the customer's own message. It comes back as an activity with the type, the outcome, the next step and the date already filled in, plus anything it learned about the company. Change what is wrong, tap once, done.

  3. Out of signal

No bars is not a reason to stop logging

Anything written with no signal waits on the phone and goes up when there is one. The queue carries its own ids, so a phone that syncs twice records the work once rather than doubling somebody's week.

  4. Between visits

The conversation stays in one place

WhatsApp and SMS run through the CRM, so a thread is not stranded on a personal phone when somebody leaves. Send an approved template, approve a drafted reply, and every message is logged against the customer automatically.

  5. Moving a deal

A stage means the same thing to everybody

A deal can't leave a stage until the things that stage needs are actually known. No more deals sitting in a late stage because somebody was feeling optimistic. When one is won, setting the customer up starts from the same action.

  6. End of week

A report nobody had to assemble

Activity against target, per rep and per team, with the biggest movement by segment and the deals that went backwards. It reads like the week you had, because it is built from what got logged during it.

Straight answers

The things people ask before they buy.

Will my reps use it?
It's the question the whole thing is built around. Logging is a voice note or one line of text, from a phone, in the time it takes to walk back to the car. Ask a rep for eleven fields and you'll get nothing.
What happens to the numbers if somebody logs late?
The week they belong to is rebuilt, not topped up. A visit entered on Wednesday for last Thursday corrects last week's figures rather than inflating this week's.
Does the AI change my records on its own?
No. It only ever suggests. Every suggestion sits as a draft until somebody accepts it, and accepting is what writes the record. Reject it and nothing in your data moves.
How long before we are running?
An afternoon. Set the stages your team already uses, say what a good customer looks like, and bring your contacts in from a spreadsheet. Reps can log from their phones the same day.
Our reps write in Swahili and Sheng. Does that work?
Yes, and mixed into one sentence, which is how people actually write. The note comes back structured, and the words stay the rep's own rather than being translated into tidy English nobody said.
Can we show that a customer agreed to be messaged?
Ask for a contact and you get every grant and withdrawal in order, with who recorded each one, when, and what they took it from. It leaves with your data when you export, so the proof does not stay behind.

Start with the team you have.

Three seats is enough to get the whole thing running. Add the rest as you hire, and nothing needs rebuilding when you do.
