Refund and Cancellation Policy

What happens to your money when you cancel, downgrade, or stop using seats.

Last updated 14 September 2026

This policy covers cancellations and refunds for Noria CRM subscriptions, seats and one-off purchases. It forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to charges paid to Noria Technologies LTD.

Subscriptions and seats

Subscription fees are not refundable, except where a refund is required by law that cannot be contracted out of. That covers monthly and annual plans, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, unused time, unused capacity, and seats added mid-period.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for, and it does not create a refund, a credit, or a payment back. Removing seats, moving to a smaller plan, or simply not using the service does not create one either.

You keep full access until the period you paid for ends.

One-off purchases

Raising a workspace’s AI cap, buying SMS capacity, and setup or migration work are not subscription fees. Unless we said otherwise in writing before you paid, they are not refundable once the work has been done or the capacity has been made available.

Your customers’ payments

This policy is about what you pay us. It has nothing to do with what your customers pay you.

Where you use the CRM to request a payment, you are the one being paid, the money never passes through us, and refunding your own customer is something you do with your own payment provider. Recording that refund in the CRM updates your records; it does not move money.

Trials

A trial costs nothing and so there is nothing to refund. If a trial converts to a paid plan, this policy applies from the first charge.

If we end the agreement

If we end the agreement for a reason that is not your breach, we refund the unused part of the period you have paid for. If we end it because of your breach, or you end it yourself, we do not.

Getting a billing question looked at

Write to [email protected] with the workspace, the charge reference and what you think went wrong.

A duplicate charge, a charge you did not authorise, a provider error, or a correction the law requires is not an ordinary refund request and is handled separately. Those are investigated on the evidence, and we may ask you for what we need to confirm both the charge and who is asking.

Rights you cannot sign away

Nothing here removes or limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not let us exclude.
